I, the undersigned participant, understand that participating in a nature walk involves certain risks, including but not limited to walking on uneven terrain, exposure to weather, wildlife encounters, slips, falls, and other unforeseen natural hazards.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in Walk by Faith Nature Walks and agree that I am responsible for my own safety and well-being during the event.

During this event, I grant Walk By Faith Nature Walks, its staff, volunteers, or designated representatives the right to take photographs and videos that may include my image during the event. I understand that these images may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and printed materials.

By registering for this event, I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Walk by Faith Nature Walks, its organizers, volunteers, and any associated partners from any and all claims, liability, damages, or costs arising out of my participation.

I certify that:
